The most common starting point, and almost always a question of cleansing rather than injections.
Atraumatic cleansing means the pores are opened with products, not with pressure. The skin is not left red and swollen. Enzyme therapy works deeper: enzymes break down dead cells and improve circulation in the skin.
If the skin is congested, cleansing is the first step, not an alternative to injections. Injecting a product into inflamed skin is not the right order.
The carbon peel is the only one here with no downtime — it can be done the day before an event. Acid peels give a deeper result, but the skin may flake for a few days. More: Carbon laser peel: who is it for?
The first two are care treatments without a needle. Hydro deluxe is biorevitalisation: hyaluronic acid is delivered into the skin with a very fine needle, and the moisture stays for weeks rather than hours. The difference: Mesotherapy or biorevitalisation?
Special prices for Hydro deluxe are valid until 30.11.2026.
This is where the products stop hydrating and start prompting the skin to regenerate on its own.
Polynucleotides and exosomes approach one task from two sides. The result is not immediate: the first changes are usually visible after the second session, the full result once the course is finished plus another 4–6 weeks.
In detail: Polynucleotides or biorevitalisation? · Exosomes for face and hair · Vitaran or Plinest
Microneedling works on the structure of the skin: controlled micro-injuries prompt the skin to build new collagen exactly where the scar is. This is course work, not a single session. Post-acne marks and scars · Dermapen microneedling
The skin around the eyes is thinner and has its own products — a facial dose does not belong here. Polynucleotides under the eyes: how many sessions?
If you need a result quickly and without redness:
These three leave no downtime. Injectable treatments are not worth planning right before an event: small bumps may stay for a few hours.
If you are planning several things, the logical order is this:
1. Cleansing or enzymes — bring the skin into order.
2. Peel or biorevitalisation — depending on what bothers you: tone or dryness.
3. Polynucleotides or exosomes — once the skin is calm and clear.
The other way round is not worth doing. And not all of it in one day.
The price list shows what is available. What you actually need is only visible in person: skin type, hydration level, inflammation, previous treatments, medication, contraindications. A consultation before the treatment is required.
Injectable treatments are performed by a registered healthcare professional with a medical education.
Where should I start if I have never had anything done?
Usually with cleansing or enzyme therapy — €90–110. It is both a treatment and a way to see the real condition of the skin underneath the congestion.
Can several treatments be combined in one visit?
Some — yes, for example cleansing with an ultrasonic peel. Injections and peels are not combined on the same day.
How often should treatments be repeated?
Cleansing — every 4–6 weeks. Polynucleotides and exosomes — a course of 3–4 sessions 2–3 weeks apart, then a maintenance session 1–2 times a year.
Why do the prices differ threefold?
The cost of the product and the task differ. Cleansing works on the surface of the skin, polynucleotides on the deeper layers, and the product itself costs more.
Is the treatment suitable during pregnancy?
Some are not. This is one of the things we go through at the consultation before booking.
